How can I customize a hatband?

How can I size down my hat?

Our Australian wool felt hats have a hidden adjustable size band tucked under the sweatband and can be sized down one size (Please see video below). Our Vegan felt hats are one size and have a hidden adjustable size band under the sweatband as well. 

I love one of your hatbands so much, what if I want two of the same?

We are happy to make duplicates of the same hatband! Just email us at AmyDyanB@gmail.com including a photo of the hatband you love and we'll get it made!

How do I clean my hat?

We recommend spot cleaning your hat with a hat sponge. Use small circular motions on the affected area with the dry sponge to remove lint and dirt. We suggest using one sponge for dark felt hats and one for light felt hats. These are great for removing makeup smudges too. A lint roller is great too for removal of loose fibers. 

What are the pendants made of on some of the hatbands? 

We are happy to inform our customers that the pendants (hamsa, feather, heart, etc) are all made of Sterling Silver with cubic zirconia stones. Check them out in the sunlight, they are stunning!

What is the lead time for custom hatbands?

Our hat bands are all made by hand. We will work as quickly as possible to fulfill custom hat band requests. Our standard lead time for a custom band is 2-3 days

(sometimes a little longer if we don't have beads on hand). If you need it expedited we will work with you, just let us know your needs when you contact us at AmyDyanB@gmail.com
